What data we collect and why

If you send the form, call or write, we process the data you give us: first name, phone or email, dates of stay, number of people, information about a dog and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the correspondence and any stay last, and after that only as long as the law requires or as needed to defend against claims.

Who has access

The site and form are run on our behalf by the hosting provider Netlify, Inc. Data may be transferred to the USA under the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Weather on the site

We get the current weather from Open-Meteo. When this happens, your browser sends your IP address to that service, as it does when visiting any website. We pass on no other data. The “Show on map” link leads to Google Maps, which has its own rules.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, so we do not show a cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). To exercise these rights, write to the address above.
